CP case of the month 🔬:
A man in his 70's presented with pancytopenia, weight loss, and lymphadenopathy. He was found to have elevated creatinine (1.7 mg/dL), elevated IgM (582 mg/dL), normal IgA, and slightly depressed IgG. Immunofixation showed the following:
