Dr. Peter Andreana, @ChemistryToledo@UToledo, visited @UniAvogadro to give a talk, "From Soup to Nuts: Methods, Synthesis, Vaccines & Immunotherapeutics". This is Dr. Andreana’s 3rd visit to work on building research opportunities with faculty & graduate students at #UPODSF.
A quick news to announce our latest paper was published in Vaccines. In collaboration with Dr Wall's lab, we dived into the construction of the PV-PS A1 glycopeptide and its immunological properties.

We had a very fun day last Sunday at @cedarpoint with the group, taking pictures, enjoying rides, artistic performances and a ride on the train. We look forward to coming back next year !

Last week was Shanika's and Amendra's 4th year talk, where they talked about their progress in the use of microwave in carbohydrate chemistry, the synthesis of a new vaccine and new substrates against tuberculosis. Congrats to both of them ! (Amendra is on the picture)
