It’s hard to admit you feel vulnerable. But today be brave. Vulnerability is not something to be ashamed of. Its a quality to be admired. And when someone admits to you they don’t know then reward their trust in you with encouragement and support.
Let’s start there
Morning!
We have a choice. We can live in anger and hate every minute of every hour of every day of our lives, believing that the entire world belongs to us. Or we can live in love and peace and respect knowing it belongs to no-one and is home to everyone.
Let’s start there
Morning all!
I learned a very powerful lesson today about how many good people there are on Twitter. Hundreds of you taking time to send “Lets start there” posts for me. Many of you suffering your own dark challenges, experiencing loss/pain but still reaching out to help.
Incredible kindness
@cbcnewsbc@bethanylindsay I need your help. I’ve worked 32 years as a paramedic in Ontario. Off on PTSD. I currently have a complaint with the Ontario human rights tribunal. Im a atheist who went to a rehab in Ontario which pressured me to find god and a higher power. The story you wrote parallels mine.
