@Ask_Americaair_ rebooking center at MIA airport is a joke, huge lines and only two employees to attend a line with over 100 people. Simple things like book a parent and minor next to each other is not a standard as they put us apart to try to charge additional fees. This is a horrible practice @AmericanAir

I encountered numerous challenges when purchasing my Model Y. The customer service team was unprepared to address questions about financing versus leasing. Consequently, I had to apply to both options to obtain the necessary information for making an informed decision.

Furthermore, the delivery process resulted in my internet subscription being affected, and the remaining time was not automatically refunded. I had to make multiple calls to resolve this issue.

Lastly, the sales and delivery team at Tesla Miami Gardens, responsible for handling customer inquiries, was not equipped to provide adequate assistance.
