@santanderukhelp Hello I was not allowed to raise a complaint talking with your dedicated complaints team. As access to my online account is blocked without knowing why. Any suggestion?
@santanderukhelp I have been called by helpdesk on my phone (number registered with the account) but I have been asked just my date of birth and then told to go to the branch. I am pretty sure I got my birthdate right... is that the check I didn't pass?
@santanderukhelp The Complaints Team just told me to go to a branch with an ID. No additional explanation from them or from the Helpdesk. (so at this point I guess I have 2 complaints to make π)
