@pandocruises Really disappointed that P&O have held onto over £230 for over a week after settlement of our account. No one wants to deal with the release . Quite a downer on what was a fabulous cruise. Think they need to review their procedure to keep customers happy

@AskNationwide I'm really upset by the whole thing as £90 to us is a lot of money. Nationwide have every document I had and now we are in the 5th month. Please help put this right.

@AskNationwide Yes I have and I keep getting the same text/ email requesting the same documents I've already sent. I'm very flustrated, I spoke to customer service nearly 2 weeks ago and they apologised and promised to chase and sort it for me. To date nothing but another text asking for same.
