ok so that's 1 hour and 34 minutes on hold for a 3 minute conversation where I provided info that could have easily been done on a simple web form. The conversation ended with "ok Andre, we'll have someone call you."
Good thing this call was important to them 🙄
I've been on hold with @NB_Power for nearly an hour and a half (still waiting). I heard "your call is important to us, a customer care advisor will be with you shortly" about 70 times now. If my call was that important, they'd have more people taking calls.
I just called @amazon customer service to ask why Amazon Canada doesn't have a Household Prime membership plan like they do in the US, and the agent actually told me it's "because Canadians are rich and they can afford to pay more for memberships". @amazonca WTF Amazon?
People booing the American anthem at NHL and NBA games in Canadian arenas... That's cute, but a stronger message would be to not play that anthem at all in our country, at least not while Canada is being attacked by the US.
