There’s a special kinda freedom for those who realise that their problems
Aren’t as unique as they think they are.
Is it a coincidence that you can find your struggles in literature written thousands of years ago?
Or that you have “wow, literally me” moments in all modern fiction?
You have no idea where the future will get you.
I started posting on Twitter since this January
Trying to help people
While putting my marketing on hold.
Out of the sudden
I got a 3000$/month contract for promotional services.
Keep doing what you’re doing
The reward might be completely unexpected.
It’s so easy to not be present.
To forget why you’re working and hustling non stop.
To forget why you want to “win”.
Having a habit of hard work means having an autopilot mode while working.
It’s just a different form of non presence
Hence it’s easy to stop thinking about the WHY
And just work for the sake of work.
@Theholisticpsyc Most mental health comes down to:
•nutrition
•sunlight
•sleep
•social connections
•physical exercise
•meditation
There’s no secret
Twitter is right in their fundamental advices.
Get the basics straight and you can fix more than you can imagine.
@Theholisticpsyc Currently dealing with my parents losing their life meaning since my sister si about to move from their place too.
An impressive amount of adults deal with their dysfunctional relationships by making kids and growing them.
I moved into a new place.
Went all in with a new job direction and new business partners.
Such changes feel somewhat gut wrenching -
As if an earthquake shook up your world.
But it’s normal to feel that way.
Depression after huge changes is normal.
It’ll pass and everything will be ok.
The more difficult conversations I have
The more I feel like becoming a fully functional and responsible person.
Uncomfortable situations and how you respond to them make you as a human.
@Theholisticpsyc The truth is uncomfortable.
It takes us out of our patterns.
Out of our comfort zone.
Makes us feel naked
Empty of our masks
And vulnerable to others.
Despite all of it
It’s one of the pillars of healing.
