@VirginMediaIE Where is the costumer service? On the What’s app nobody is answering and we call many times and we wait more than an hour and the same!! I need a change in my billing details for a LEGAL DOCUMENT, I REQUEST TO TALK WITH A MANAGER! This is disrespectful!
