@oryxspioenkop 115 mm main caliber and 214/102mm of armor on turret/hull in all it's glory. The only improvement compared to the Obr. 1964 is deep wading snorkel.

I think it won't survive contact even with BRT-4, but I am pretty sure they could pull out a 64' T-54M, 63' T-55A or even 57' T-55

Using the armed forces for civil resilience is (in 99% of cases) an admission of failure of civil resilience planning and resourcing. But if you want more civil resilience, don't complain when the armed forces budget is raided to pay for it
