Fira Code 12pt vs 13 pt are not proportional in JetBrains

@jetbrains Your recommended settings for JetBrains Mono font are 13 size and 1.2 line height.
However, the font looks better at size 14 and only height increases a little bit, width stays the same.
I see the same behaviour with Fira Code 14 vs 15 size. Is it normal? @nikitonsky
