We help Saas companies scale video production.

@doooyle Love this strategy! I have used it twice already.
I used it once to drive backlinks and got over 100 free links, and now I'm trying it again for Videodeck.
Talked a bit about how I built links with this strat here: https://t.co/L776AItV9k

We started repurposing webinar content for SaaS companies.
Basically, we are taking a page from the playbook of popular creators and distributing hour-long videos through engaging shorts.
Which visual style do you think is best for this? π
Operationally less complex π«
If the productized agency is set up right, the services are designed to be repeatable and scalable.
This makes running that agency much smoother, with not as many moving parts.
The productized agency model isn't new. π ββοΈ
It existed before @videodeckHQ , before @BrettFromDJ , and before the wave of productized agencies.
Pre-paid agency retainers have been around for a long time.
But don't let the meme fool you; there are differences between the two π
No call is needed. π΅
And when calls do happen, they've usually already made up their mind and allocated a budget since everything is transparent and available on the website.
In the early days of Videodeck, we would close almost all calls since the offer/pricing was clear.

@TimLeland@BrettFromDJ There is quite a bit of trust on that side.
We knew the seller and the fact that all the designers I knew followed the page was a really good sign.
@TimLeland@BrettFromDJ We just bought an Instagram page with 200k+ followers in the design space. Just a simple Escrow setup similar to buying a website is enough. Now there are some more risks associated with it, as I believe buying an IG page is against its policy.
In 2022 we helped two growing startups by creating their explainer videos for free.
In 2023 we want to create 12 free videos for 12 amazing companies for β¨ free β¨
