all these tools to run so many claude code sessions in parallel
honestly I can't make meaningful progress if I have more than 3 going
If I am opening a bunch, best believe I dump everything into a per-project session and let it sort itself out
highly recommend running a panel across all your prompts to find the perfect model for each one
I've got like 4 main prompts in one business and I gave claude code an api key for each and asked it to create tests across all 100+ clients to see which model gives the best output at each step
came away with better results for less cost
Claude consistently outruns its own confidence
It'll tell you things as fact, and then when you bring it evidence that it's wrong, it'll do a whole "mea culpa" walk back that's frustrating
It should just think things through the first time, that's why we're going to it. It's been ever since the adaptive models came out
If you want to freak a self driving Tesla out, let it try to find its way out of a parking garage
It suddenly acts like it couldn't find its way out of a wet paper bag
Claude Code creator: "I don't write code. I have a Claude that prompts other Claudes. I don't even talk to Claude."
Every night he runs hundreds sometimes thousands of Claudes in parallel
In a 57-min Big Technology interview, Boris Cherny breaks down how the head of Claude Code actually ships in 2026
Claude Code is now 100% written by Claude Code (since Opus 4.5) + agents that check each other's tool calls + 250% more code per engineer at Anthropic
Worth more than a $500 vibe-coding course
Do I go live near the NY/Canada border, where I can have 220 acres but it's winter 9mo a year?
Or do I go to Florida, where I can only have a condo but it's near the beach with cooler guns and no state income tax?
I've seen all this talk that AI is going to change multiples on Agency acquisitions
I've got a $40k MRR managed service biz that's just me and Claude Code
What can I realistically get for it?
bro just put it in CLAUDE.md. no, make it a skill. it's a subagent now. that's a managed agent. nah you want hooks. bro just use statusline. it's a workflow now. it's an MCP server. run it over /remote. no, ssh in. wrap it in a plugin. it's a plugin. install the plugin right now.
