🔴 La Roumanie, laboratoire de l’Union.

Dans le pays où l’on annule les élections, il devient logique d’arrêter celui qui les a gagnées. Pendant près de deux ans, l’annulation du premier tour et le harcèlement du candidat arrivé en tête n’ont produit aucune secousse capable de mettre le Système en danger. Des manifestations, des cris, puis le retour à l’ordre. Rien ne justifiait donc une escalade. L’arrestation de Călin Georgescu apparaît inutile, voire comme une provocation.
Elle n’a de sens que comme expérience : mesurer jusqu’où la corde peut être tendue sans casser. Annuler un vote, écarter le vainqueur, le poursuivre, le mettre en détention, et compter les jours avant que la société ne bouge. Chaque palier sans révolte est une donnée. Chaque silence est un résultat.
Ces résultats ne concernent pas que la Roumanie. C’est un test pour l’Union, d’abord là où le risque d’explosion est le plus grand : la France, l’Allemagne, où le parti surveillé pèse assez lourd pour qu’une interdiction ou une cascade d’inéligibilités devienne explosive. On n’y tente pas l’inconnu. On y importe ce qui a déjà été testé sur un plus petit théâtre.
La séquence est simple. D’abord le pays périphérique, moins capable de répondre, plus dépendant des arbitrages extérieurs. On y vérifie que l’annulation ne fait pas tomber le régime, puis que l’arrestation du vainqueur ne le fait pas tomber non plus. Ensuite seulement, les mêmes méthodes deviennent envisageables là où le coût d’un échec serait bien plus élevé.

Călin Georgescu n’est pas le sujet. Il est le cobaye. La Roumanie non plus n’est pas le sujet. Elle est le laboratoire. Ce qui s’y mesure, c’est la marge dont le Système dispose encore avant que la corde lâche en France, en Allemagne, et dans le reste de l’Union.
