It was wonderful to visit with my colleagues the Director of KLM-Shared Service Centre ✈️, Eddy Veen, and his deputy Adrien Király. Interesting to hear how their 380 employees are doing accounting, ticket refund, procurement and IT services for 80+ countries 🌏 from Budapest 🇭🇺
