@JafarNajafov Eh, no. MECE, hypothesis-driven problem are valid. Analysts learn this during their first week at McKinsey and other consulting firms. But they don’t use these other old school approaches you mentioned anymore. That’s a simplistic approach. But better than nothing I guess.
