@AxxessInternet This is false advertising. I bought this service, but it doesn't work at all. Been waiting for days now for my fixed MTN LTE to be activated but still nothing. Everytime I just get the message that "it's being looked into." For everyone out there - do NOT buy this.
Bought a @MTNza fixed LTE service from @AxxessInternet, only for it not to work at all, with their feedback being: "Our engineers are working with MTN to restore the service and we can't advise when it will be back online." How ridiculous!

@Afrihost@vumatel Modiegi its now been 48 hours since the ticket was issued. The fact that it gets closed without the internet being fixed is a disgrace. Yes, call me, do whatever you have to do to get the service back up.
@Afrihost@vumatel What do you mean you have disputed the ticket? Im sitting without internet for 36 hours now and its been 36 hours since a ticket was issued with @vumatel . ONT was restarted multiple times and everything just the same. How can it take so long do get a service back up???
@Afrihost@vumatel I was told by the Afrihost whatsapp help that the issue is on the Vumatel line because there is no internet coming through to the ONT. Why are we going through the process again now? The line issue has already been confirmed.
