一个苏黎世神经学家说了一句颠覆认知的话：

很多人以为自己「压力太大」才精神疲惫，其实大脑天生就能应对强烈的急性压力（比如突发危机）。真正让它崩溃的，是那些无休止的情绪反刍：反复想同一件事、在脑子里排练对话、担心未来、后悔过去……
这些思维循环让神经系统一直处于「半激活」状态，像手机后台程序狂跑，电量迅速耗光。

他给学生看了两个脑部扫描：
一个刚经历重大危机的人，大脑虽然激活但状态完好；

• 30秒冷水冲脸 / 冷浴
• 快速爬几层楼梯
• 用力握拳再放松
• 大声哼歌或发出声音
• 做10个深蹲或俯卧撑
这些微动作能瞬间重启前额叶，让你重新获得清晰。

头脑的清晰，先是身体上的，然后才是心理上的。
