@BradCLemley@skdh YouTube really is a marvel for fixing things, even posting a problem and having other people say I’ve had the same here’s how I fixed it. It then acts as a searchable resource. A bit like stack overflow I guess.
@AndyWarrenStein@NickCohen4 The profitability of the companies in the dot com era wasn’t the issue, the issue was WallSteet finding they could generate fat fees from IPOs in the same way they did later with CDOs, and similarly they ran out of quality ingredients..

@LynAldenContact True, it not every credit crisis needs to be a global emergency. Moreover I still think it’s the concurrency of individual credit events that are all conspiring to fall, and will be greater than the sum of the parts.
@DanNeidle Isn’t there another person who’s flat purchase was a bit more questionable? I’m still waiting to see any press follow up on how the source of finance was carried out.
