@Weird_Friction Yes. I read it back in the 80s, and last year when the British Library republished it in their tales of the weird series. Once you adjust to the writing style it is a fantastic book.
@JonathanPieNews 3 words put this in perspective: "miscarriage of justice". If you think it doesn't happen, remember the Birmingham 6, the Guildford 4, etc. Now imagine yourself walking to the noose because you were in the wrong place at the wrong time and guilty of nothing else.
@Feargal_Sharkey Water needs to be nationalised. No more shareholders. The energy providers have already demonstrated that competition doesn't work for utilities.
