this has caused me so much pain and distress after all of the effort I have put into maintaining duolingo, for something outside of my control to take all of my effort away, that I dont think i can ever use duolingo again after this pain... but i always did every day

@duolingo when I opened my app I saw an option to buy a 395 day streak repair for my lost streak, I committed much time
but after travelling internationally I couldn't get online in time even with streak freezes.

Hey @duolingo please help me. My phone has been damaged a few days and I badly need to fix it.
I lost my 398d Indo streak and it wasn't my entire fault as the phone broke, despite the streak being my responsibility. Please, can you fix my streak for me if I pay for a freezer🥺

@duolingo I have also been travelling a lot. I made all the efforts I could to change time and date on my phone in the regional settings on my desktop but not much is resulted from that

I really sacrificed to keep the streak up, I have missed appointments to remain in the commitment; I really tried.
I promise it wasn't really my fault.
I poured a lot of energy into it lately only to end suddenly and stop
