@HMRCcustomers I think it was 27th Jan, a phone advisor confirmed it hasbeen received but when checking the 'how long' system was told there is no timescale to action

@HMRCcustomers This won't work for me, as HMRC has the wrong DOB it's not possible for me to use online services as it can't match my DOB when verifying myself

@HMRCcustomers Yes I provided these last month and have chased up but cannot be provided with an estimate on when this will be dealt with, it means I cannot do anything and nothing can be done in the meantime in relation to my tax with an open ended finish date

@HMRCcustomers HMRC have an incorrect DOB on file for me which is causing issues and I'm not being provided any timescale as to when this will be corrected, I was advised to submit a complaint as it may speed this up.

@DB_Bahn There were many issues with the journey including delay, air conditioning not working, reduced seats. We travelled with baby and it was almost unbearable heat on EC84. In addition the socket caused a plug to smoke and break.
