@BillAckman@DouglasKMurray I also think he misses that the scale of destruction and death seems so disproportionate to have turned public opinion internationally. Any country that relies on support from the West will be more isolated once public opinion in those countries turns so strongly.
@BillAckman@DouglasKMurray That the genocide debate is so widespread - due to the breadth of the definition - and that many analysts / historians, although not all of course, already define Israel’s prosecution of this war as genocide puts Israel into political territory I think it will come to regret.
@johnauthers@IveNeverBeenTo3 Exactly. In English there are minimal conjugation of verbs and articles, nouns or associated adjectives have no gender to worry about. U get pretty far down the proficiency road quite quickly.
@duncan_dunc827@GaryLineker An inane question. Disagreeing with this parliamentary decision isn’t disagreeing with democracy, it simply calls out a poor use of it. The 18 vote victory in this, considering the Conservative majority, tells you plenty in government felt similarly.
@makingEURmindup@OurDawnie@LBC@TomTugendhat@mattfrei Having not been asleep for a week I’m aware, as is everyone, it was a private charter. The point (that you missed) is that if @TomTugendhat has an issue with evacuating rescue animals his issue is with those that agreed eligibility & processed them, not Pen Farthing.
@mj_sprackland Rocco and his Brothers. A Visconti film censored at the time in Italy...Citadel is stunning. “understands the townships of water”.....I mean...🙌🏼
@FossGregfoss@HODLingOnward@NickMorin8@NorthmanTrader@PowerValidus@flexenergyinc Closing thought, if Validus wanted a flare gas specific small GTG in its fleet they could contact Flex. Was the Ingersoll Rand turbine so been around for decades. Under 1MW and can handle gases outside range of reciprocating engines. Can make a connection if you wish.
@NickMorin8@HODLingOnward@NorthmanTrader@FossGregfoss I have missed the whole damn party, as I don’t understand it, but does being a store of value not depend on the outcome? If someone buys Bitcoin and later sells (whether they make or lose money) it has proven to be a store of value, albeit with different outcomes, no?
@HODLingOnward@NickMorin8@FossGregfoss@NorthmanTrader How do the small number of electrons generated by converting flare gas to power get somehow ring fenced by the grid for Bitcoin mining? If literally there’s a flare gas fuelled micro grid next to a Bitcoin mining offtaker I’m impressed, but otherwise.....?
