Building hermetic testing environments has never been more important for the agentic inner loop. Build headless components and a harness that lets the agent run / debug / test should be your first priority if you intend to build with agents.
@pierceboggan@awakecoding We as an organization do both internal work for ourselves (we may allow all our org models here in internal dev), but our contracts sometimes require exclusions on models (ex: no anthropic allowed). So depending on what we work on, we need different sets of models.
@pierceboggan@awakecoding So excited to see this! Desktop app has become my daily workhorse.
Any plans to add model controls for which models are allowed in sessions as a easy control users can use? (I saw hydra has this capability). Seems like this is mostly controlled at a org policy level atm
@AFantasyKing@ThePrimeagen 5.6 Sol is my daily driver, it mostly one shots everything I throw at it; but it does sometimes like to write extra tests I'm not looking for. Things you can largely wrangle in the agents file and the such. Fable when I need the smartest answer, Sol when I want the job done.
@evileboxyboo@GloriousEggroll None of this helps the shape / size argument.
If you are fine with bigger / heavier mice good. That's fine. But some of us aim better with smaller & lighter mice.
Even for bigger mice, not using off the shelf batteries gives the manufacturer more choice in the shape and design
@paulhudsonme A number of assumptions here are not true, but the most critical one is that growth is not coming from paid users. The load from paid users is both growing faster and is much larger share of total load.
@evileboxyboo@GloriousEggroll AA / AAA's are too heavy, the gaming mice community has largely settled on very light weight mice. That and it limits shape & design of the body; especially on small mice.
It's a tradeoff. I think they can be a great fit for larger / less gaming focused mice.
@realSatoshiGold@GloriousEggroll It's why I believe heavy push towards keyboard first experiences are gonna destroy Omarchy's chances at garnering interest from normies. Asking parents to learn tons of key combos to be able to use their PC is a non starter.
@theo Do we call it an Agentic IDE?
I don't feel like the industry has coined a name for these things yet, there's only a few actual products in this category as of yet.
@hotgermanbabe@piplupwtf Oh I wasn't staying you weren't good enough, I was just saying it's literally the range of plat from last patch (that's literally what it is, it has the same SR range as plat from last patch). This wasn't meant to be a ding on you, just explaining what the new rank is.
