Hey @hertscc there’s a massive pothole near the bottom of Holywell Hill in St Albans posing a significant danger to cyclists and motorcyclists not to mention the noise and vibration it is causing . I reported it ages ago - can you get it fixed ASAP?

Had 60 min call today with @bt_uk trying to lower cost of my Mum's extortionate BT broadband. All options they quoted were for EE....which you can't see anywhere on the BT or EE website. Tried to get help from BT online chat but chat page bombed out after 20 mins! Hopeless
