What a Prime Minister Andy Burnham is. Britain has spent years with politicians pandering to the far right, vilifying foreign workers who are here legally and who dedicate their lives to caring for elderly British people.

We have had politicians such as Nigel Farage, Kemi Badenoch, and even some within the Labour Party who chose to echo anti-immigration rhetoric rather than defend the dignity and contribution of these essential workers.

The cruelty of those policies reached a point where newly arriving care workers were no longer allowed to bring their spouses and children to Britain. Imagine asking someone to leave their family behind in order to care for yours.

These are people performing one of the most demanding and compassionate jobs in society, looking after Britain’s elderly and vulnerable, yet they have often been treated as though they are disposable.

It is therefore refreshing to hear a British Prime Minister who understands the importance of these workers and is prepared to acknowledge publicly the contribution they make to British society. Leadership is about recognising reality, not pandering to prejudice.

I hope Prime Minister Burnham will go further and reconsider the decision taken by his predecessor to prevent newly arriving care workers from bringing their families with them.

If Britain values the people who care for its elderly, it should also recognise their humanity by allowing them to live with their husbands, wives, and children; instead of breaking up families.

A country that depends on their compassion should also show compassion in return.

400 of them are now worth over $100 million.

These aren't VCs. They're SpaceX employees, and the list includes welders, technicians, and cafeteria staff, because for two decades the company paid every level of the workforce in stock instead of higher salaries.

Juan Hernandez immigrated from Mexico and took a $28 an hour contractor welding job in 2015. He says he didn't even know what SpaceX was. The company gave him a $10,000 equity grant and let him buy more shares through payroll deductions. That stake is now worth $880,000.

Trevor Hise's parents wanted him to take a stable job at General Electric. He picked SpaceX instead, stayed 12 years, and accumulated over 100,000 shares. At the $135 listing price that's $13.5 million. He's 37 and semiretired. His words: "The magnitude of this has been ridiculous."

The most telling detail came before the listing. Over 100 employees quietly banded together and negotiated a group wealth management deal covering up to $5 billion, because none of them had ever needed a wealth manager before.

Software IPOs have minted millionaires for 30 years. This is the first one where the money went to the factory floor.

ZIMBABWE ENTERS GLOBAL LITHIUM VALUE CHAIN WITH FIRST-EVER LITHIUM SULPHATE EXPORT.

History has been made as Arcadia Lithium Project records its inaugural export of lithium sulphate marking the first production of a lithium salt in Zimbabwe and across Africa.

The milestone signals a structural shift from raw mineral exports toward beneficiation, aligning with recent policy direction following the 2022 ban on unprocessed lithium exports. It positions Zimbabwe as a rising player in the global battery minerals supply chain, particularly within the electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage ecosystem.

The shipment confirms:

-Transition from spodumene concentrate to higher-value lithium chemicals.
-Advancement of in-country processing capacity.
-Strengthening of downstream industrialisation strategy.

The development also reflects growing Chinese-backed investment in Zimbabwe’s lithium sector, with Arcadia operated by Prospect Lithium Zimbabwe, a unit of Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt.

Management described the export as a defining moment for both Zimbabwe and Africa’s participation in the global energy transition signalling the continent’s move up the value chain from extraction to processing.

Zimbabwe is no longer just a lithium resource base it is beginning to industrialise its mineral wealth, capturing more value locally while integrating into global clean energy supply chains.

That meant commencing the ramp of new factories across AI compute, battery & battery materials, as well as preparing lines for start of production of Megapack 3, Cybercab & Tesla Semi.

Demand for our vehicles continued to grow in APAC & South America markets, with a rebound of demand in EMEA markets & North America.

As trade and geopolitics become more uncertain, we're further regionalizing and vertically integrating critical supply chains to ensure access to key materials & componentry in each region across vehicle, energy & AI.

Automotive
– Optimizing our vehicle product portfolio with an emphasis on vehicles designed for a fully autonomous future

– More affordable trims of Model 3/Y & rollout of Model Y L in markets outside of China

– Began deliveries of Cybertruck in the UAE

– Volume production of Cybercab & Tesla Semi this year

Energy Generation & Storage

You would assume he selects above all for one thing. Raw intellect.

Get the degree. Get the credential. Get the paper.

That paper was supposed to prove you were exceptional.

It doesn’t.

A degree is proof of compliance.

It proves you showed up. Met deadlines. Followed a rubric.

Sat inside an institution for four years. Never once challenged the structure that held it together.

It does not prove you will speak when the room expects silence.

It does not prove you care about the thing you are building more than the title you hold while building it.

It does not prove you have a spine.

Raw intelligence without character is not an advantage.

It is a precision instrument aimed at your own foundation.

Now extend the lesson.

Intelligence itself is being demonetized.

An algorithm is about to solve in seconds what takes a PhD an entire career.

When cognitive power becomes unlimited and too cheap to meter, the premium on being smart collapses to zero.

The establishment spent a century grading you on the exact skill we just taught silicon to do better, faster, and for free.

But a machine cannot feel conviction.

A model cannot hold a moral line.

A server farm cannot refuse to cut a corner out of duty to another human being.

When intelligence becomes infinite, character becomes the only scarce resource left.

Integrity is not a soft skill anymore.

It is the last advantage that cannot be automated.

We spent a generation outsourcing our worth to our intelligence.

Intelligence is about to become the cheapest thing on earth.

Character will become the most expensive.

The mind was never the measure of a person.

The heart always was.
