@singaporeair My MIL booked SQ8511-SQ52 to MAN but UR DELAYED @flyscoot flight made her miss connecting flight; thrown her to flight SQ326-LH948 & left an old lady hanging all alone in Changi at 3am to wait till 1155 #shocking no offer for lounge or anything #whybotherchoosingSIA

@SingaporeAir #Singaporeair Will do that. Guess what, ur partner @lufthansa have cancelled my MIL's flight LH948/SQ2136 to MAN. So now she's stuck unnecessarily in a foreign country FOR ANOTHER NIGHT, AGAIN! I bet LH will blame SIA, then SIA will blame LH #seriouslywhyisitsohardtoflywithSIA

@flyscoot Thanks @flyscoot, have sent a DM

@SingaporeAir #SingaporeAir Thnx 4 reply, of cos she did becos she had to rearrange missed flight. Ur ground staff blamed @flyscoot 4 delay & asked her to go to them for any claim or help despite booking her entire journey from SIA main website. Chose SIA intentionally for its good reputation!
