I’m a “NO” on amendment 2!
1. I have no interest in giving politicians a blank check by blocking 7 sections of the constitution.
2. Public $$ should fund schools that are accountable state & federal mandates.
3. It’s a vote now & we will tell you the details later amendment.😳

The claim: Amendment 2 “protects public school funding” and “increases teacher pay.”
The facts: Amendment 2 does neither. The amendment gives Ky.'s legislature new authority to direct public tax dollars to private schools. Period.

Some of the best 1:1 basketball you could watch at times… @RexChapman remember watching the battles between Mash and Rhodes?!?! Crazy times. Crazy experience. I also remember @CoachMarkPope was in the front pack on swimming sprints and mile run… no one would out work him.

Was lucky enough to be a student athletic trainer taping these guys ankles and treating them after their workouts… watched every session. It was awesome basketball and awesome to watch the veterans mentor the young. @RexChapman speaks truth here and it makes me excited to think this might be back in play for our program.

He can also afford to surround himself with assistant coaches that can add experience too… people just need to breathe. Yes I’m shocked too… but if it’s him, let’s give him a chance.

Whatever bbn’s opinions are, I will factually state: Mark Pope is a great guy. Very intelligent. Well spoken. Moral and ethical and knows how to treat people. And knows basketball. Not my job to know if he’s ready for the pressures of UK. But I’d trust him. @KySportsRadio

@RexChapman @coachules I was at every practice 1995 season, and every game… total class act and was the leader of that locker room. Kept guys out of trouble, and was the adult in the room when Pitino was struggling to get thru to some of the players. Folks need to give him a chance.
