@BenWallace70 @thinkdefence The UK defence budget is $81 Bn. That's $810 Bn over 10 years. How can we not afford things. Maybe we should decide what we actually do want, and get rid of everything else, including silly bands.
Maybe focus on marine & air defence, and nuclear deterrent. Don't need the rest.

@elonmusk I think Elon is right about limited government and a massive reduction in regulation.

Not sure I believe in democracy, choosing people to govern requires skills which most people don't have.
Also, tyranny of the largest minority isn't a good thing.
