@McDonaldsUK Very disappointed to be fined £100 for overstaying by 20 mins at your car park, despite being a genuine (and regular) customer just meeting parents for lunch with their 4 year old grandson. Punishment for grandparents being delayed by traffic. #OutstayingOurWelcome

@ThreeUKSupport I have again, and they say there's nothing you can do because it is a Vodafone issue. Vodafone are saying it is a Three issue. Meanwhile my customers cannot contact me. Next option may need to be to change networks. I'm disappointed that Three has given up.

@ThreeUK Very disappointed. No Vodafone numbers on the 4G network can call me. I'm paying for a service where a large portion of my phone book cannot contact me and you say there's nothing you can do. Why is it left to me to contact Vodafone to resolve this?

@ThreeUKSupport I thought I was paying for a service so that people can call me. Currently they cannot. Even if the tech issue is with Vodafone, I am paying for you to maintain my service, and so I'm disappointed that you are seemingly absolving yourself from responsibility.

@ThreeUKSupport Well that's what I've done. They are saying it is a Vodafone issue, but I am not a Vodafone customer, I am your customer... So why can't you work with Vodafone to fix the issue? I'm stuck in the middle with no-one from Vodafone able to call me on 4G network.
