After months of radio silence @tunecore only responded to my email after I posted their antics publicly on twitter. I didn’t respond for just a few days and they immediately closed my ticket! I cannot stress how horrible #tunecore is to their customers!

Do not use #tunecore they will take your songs down for absolutely no reason, and not reply to ANY of your emails about the situation, and charge your credit card without your consent for having the song taken down @TuneCore should be ashamed. Disgusting company.

It’s been 2 months w/ no reply from @TuneCore w/ any proof of why they took my song down for “artificial streaming” then charged me $10 for it. After ignoring countless emails, and IG messages, it’s clear this is their tactic against #independentartists. Horrible! #tunecore
