@fattyb0 @Richard_Moyles @Ryanair ATC is not to blame for #Ryanair leaving us in an airport with no information whilst the pilot and crew were out for the night in Chania as per their House Instagram, they knew long before they told us that our flight was cancelled

@Ryanair You cancelled our flight FR411 when all other operators didn't. You've given us zero communication and are leaving families stranded in Chania not knowing what to do. The UK has had issues today, you've massively compounded this for us and the other FR411 customers, appalling...

@Ryanair you cancelled our flight FR411 from Chania after 7hrs wait, yet all other airlines departed. No comms with us or the airport still, no info if / when flight rearranged. Lol's, after 5hrs you sent us a €4 drink voucher that the airport doesn't accept. Joke, disgrace..

@Ryanair @Ryanair the poor Chania airport staff are being kicked off at because of your failure to communicate, your cancelling a flight when all other UK flights departed and you leaving everyone hanging. No emails, nothing in your app... I hope the compo claims are huge...
