Rishabh is currently a student at UNC Chapel Hill studying neuroscience and computer science. He has lived in the United States since he was 6, but due to barriers in our legal immigration system, he may be forced to self-deport at 21.

@elonmusk@Riley_Gaines_ You are talking of Years and many High-Skilled are stuck in this GreenCard process for decades and centuries. With all the AI tools available, please check how long it takes for High-Skilled to get a GreenCard especially from India.

On way to Washington DC.
High skilled immigrant advocacy event tomorrow.
Hard to believe the amount of momentum we have created.
Just the few of us.
Hard to believe that @raj_karnatak paid $1,100 for my ticket so quickly. I don’t even know Raj. We met over a google meet call once.
I am also new to twitter. So our relationship is truly an evolved relationship on twitter.
So many high skilled people are waking up.
Immigrants who believe they deserve better.
Who believe there is a better truth.
Who believe we deserve justice.
Who believe in putting our names on the line.
My dad told me - don’t live in fear.
Fight for what you believe in.
Yes I am fighting for my truth.
What a beautiful life.
Thank you all.
With love ❤️

This is what discrimination looks like. 20 years of waiting patiently for their turn in the immigration line while others cut in. Careers destroyed, Families Separated and Children deported, thats all US Congress can give us. @SenateDems@HouseDemocrats@SenateGOP@HouseGOP
Need help promoting this march/protest to increase the impact
Can you please share it with anyone who can join? Doesn't need to be directly impacted by country caps. Anyone who supports equality can come out.
I'm going to reach out to all Indian student clubs at Texas universities if they could join but please let me know if you know any students from Texas universities.
Please let me know if you know anyone else we can reach out to or any other ideas for promoting this.

US educated, Legal and Tax Paying, High Skilled Immigrants, approved for Greencards a decade but waiting. They are being ignored once again, and will be kept in discriminatory wait lines. @POTUS@VP this is your chance to end the #GreenCardBacklog once and for all.
The Indian born, Legal, High Skilled, Tax paying Immigrants are paying for both illegal immigration and the wars in Ukraine and Israel. All this while the US Congress has held the Indians hostage in #GreenCardBacklog lines, milking them for money. How is that humane?
My 10 questions to America. I need answers NOW.
1. Do you think it's ok for someone to pay social security tax every year when they would never have a permanent residence?
2. Do you think it's ok for someone to pay Medicare taxes when they would never be able to access Medicare?
3. Do you think it's ok for someone to be forced to work throughout their lives because if they don't work, they can't live in their home?
4. Do you think it's ok for someone to look for a job with 0 negotiation power because they only get 60 days for the job search + visa transfer throughout their life?
5. Do you think it's ok for someone to live and pay taxes their entire life and would never have the right to vote in a democracy?
6. Do you think it's ok for someone to not be able to grieve the loss of their mother because during that process they might not be able to come back and rejoin their work?
7. Do you think it's ok for someone living in a country for 15+ years with kids and their kids can't go to school for 2 months because the visa stamping didn't work out?
8. Do you think it's ok for someone to live in fear under these conditions throughout their lives?
9. Do you think it's ok for someone to move to a free country America realizing that they lost the freedom they already had?
10. Do you think it's ok for someone to cross the border unsure if they would be allowed to come in when the person has been living for 15+ years?
I thought America is a part of earth.
Where human beings live.
Humans being that understand how humanity works.
It might be my kids today, tomorrow it's gonna be yours.
Above all, the laws of the universe have remained pretty much the same.
US #immigration laws are broken. It is ridiculous to make someone wait decades for a Green Card when they are already living in the US and have followed all immigration laws. Congress needs to reform outdated laws, which it has not done for 30+ years.
We have important updates & progress to share around filing Adjustment of Status (I-485).
Join us tomorrow (Monday, 07/31) at 08:30 PM ET to learn how to lend your voice to create change.

@POTUS @USCIS
Why does a kid get punished when they follow the law, it contradicts on what they learn. Why does US ignore talents based on Country of Birth?
Awesome speech by kid, all parents should encourage their kids to speak up. https://t.co/Aht8Mhrh2J
