New video is shedding light on the moment the altercation between Alan Ritchson and his neighbor began.

According to the neighbor’s account:

He stepped directly in front of Ritchson’s bike
Ritchson flipped over the handlebars

The neighbor claims:

He had already warned Ritchson to “slow it down”
He pushed him once, then a second time

What followed:

Ritchson allegedly got off the bike
A physical fight broke out

The neighbor says:

“He got off his bike and kicked the crap outta me.”

This suggests the situation escalated rapidly after initial contact.
