@unifi upgrade message was sent. Turn off all equipment for an hour, turned it on again. Conduct speed test. Speed was not at expected of what was offered.

@unifi free upgrades was announced, and SMS was sent. Turned off all Unifi equipment and perform speed test. Ended up with the speed as per existing package.

@audible_com I am getting frustrated over the frequent failing of downloads. I called support, and support claims that downloads are no longer supported. Which is which?

@audiblesupport I checked out the article. It does not help. When a selected book is downloading, it fails halfway. Sometimes, it fails just seconds after the download starts. Sometimes, it fails when the file is almost completed.
