After multiple calls to @skytv to try and renew my fibre contract with a better offer only to be told that they will not match a new customer offer I have had to move. I've now sourced a better deal and within 30 minutes of doing this @skytv have offered me a cheaper deal! #WHY

@luke_n78 @SkyUK It's crazy. I'm apparently a 'valued platinum' customer but clearly not as valued as those that jump from provider to provider chasing the cheapest deal. I'll go elsewhere and pay less for faster speeds.

Thanks @SkyUK I've been a customer for 15 years and trying to sort out a new contract for #skybroadband only for you to offer me a price higher than for a new customer. Time to look elsewhere for a better deal. #disappointed
