@troyhunt This unsubscribe behavior is actually pretty standard in the industry for the same reasoning that MailChimp gave you, unsubscribing doesn't delete your data from the database it simply toggles a boolean field on the user record.

@ThatKevinSmith @Apple Orange dot means the is mic is active. There’s also a green dot which means the camera is active. They are new features of iOS 14. Supposed to help inform you if the mic or camera are active (so you can notice if they are on when they aren’t supposed to be).

@LinusTech You can reduce the vibration somewhat by installing the extra screw on the panel the HDD trays slot into. That plastic panel pops off and there’s a screw hole that holds the tray tight against the panel. 😀

@Brinks_Home Just had installation done to upgrade my 10 y/o system. Installer was great, but the equipment on his work order wasn't what was promised on the phone. I received the older 2gig system and not the Brinks Home Touch system advertised. Quite disappointed I was misled.
