Persistence beats resistance. My motto within my organizations is… Always move forward.. win or lose.. learn from it, don’t take risks that out weight your ability to learn from your mistake and sustain, iterate and improve.

The faster you can learn from your mistakes, truly listen to advice from validated people, the faster you will growth.

Be honest, ruthlessly transparent with yourself 24/7… no way to teach that later in life, either its ingrained in you from an early age and you persistent those values, or you struggle and fall behind.

And let’s be clear.. there is differences in founders/leaders like Sam Altman vs. someone whose goals and end results are different.

I’m not sure there is a measure of drive, just strong character and the willingness to refine one’s self to reach you full potential.
