🧵This is an explicit violation of @POTUS Executive Order 14168—Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government and @SecWar Memorandum titled Restoring America’s Fighting Force, based on @POTUS Executive Order 14185: Restoring America’s Fighting Force.
The intent of both directives is to eliminate any program, element, or initiative that was established to promote divisive concepts concerning gender ideology. This logically infers any language that does not recognize that women are biologically distinct from men should be corrected to reflect reality.
DoDI 1327.06: MILITARY LEAVE, LIBERTY, AND ADMINISTRATIVE ABSENCE effective August 7, 2025 has made it clear that there are elements within the @DeptofWar who do not believe defending women and restoring biological truth is an acceptable policy. 1/10
The @DeptofWar is still including Terms of Transgender Ideology in recent policy updates.
Take DOD INSTRUCTION 1327.06: MILITARY LEAVE, LIBERTY, AND ADMINISTRATIVE ABSENCE for instance.
This update made in August, 2025 (7 months into the new administration) refers to “non-birth” parents.
It was well understood when I joined the military that mothers birth children, and fathers don’t.
Then when Obama overturned ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ the terms for wife changed to ‘spouse.’
Under the trans ideology cult imposed on the military by the Biden administration, culturally-marxist terms like ‘birthing’ and ‘non-birthing’ parents were adopted.
“But Chase, these are just words. What’s the big deal?”
Institutional language matters, as it conveys values and teaches people how to think. If you can reduce a father to a ‘non-birth’ parent, you continue undermining the most basic reality of family.
If you can get the military to reject reality, then you condition its members to merely follow whatever orders are given, with total disregard for whether they are in accordance with defending, preserving, protecting, and conserving the United States.
I appreciate that War Secretary @PeteHegseth says the military is done with the woke agenda. But his policy writers beg to differ.
“On June 26, 2026, Captain Zermeno was the first officer reinstated into the Department of the Air Force and USSF, once again taking the oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
“This great commitment remained in effect for him even while not in uniform for the past five years.”
Almost a year and a half after Executive Order 14184 was signed and the first Space Force Officer has been reinstated.
Congrats @JoshuaZermeno.

After almost five years of grappling with the consequences of his objection to the military’s 2021 COVID-19 shot mandate, a former Space Force officer had his career reinstated on Friday.
The Gateway Pundit spoke to Joshua Zermeno, a military officer who dedicated a significant portion of his 13-year career to the field of space superiority within the U.S. Space Force (USSF). On June 26, 2026, Captain Zermeno was the first officer reinstated into the Department of the Air Force and USSF, once again taking the oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
JUST OUT and BIG NEWS: AFN - Space Force officer reinstated today, five years after refusing Covid shot

"This reinstatement has unexpectedly become the defining moment of my career, offering me the chance to fully dedicate myself once more to serving our nation, to complete what I began over a decade ago, and to teach my children the importance of resilience and staying true to one’s principles.”
With his reinstatement, Zermeno not only reclaims his place within the ranks, he hopes his story embodies a spirit of perseverance that inspires fellow service members to stand firm in their convictions.
Army Religious Accommodation Denial - A pack of lies.
After more than 4 years, I received a denial to my appeal for religious accommodation to the unlawful CV19 injection mandates.
Insanity. “sAfE and eFfEcTiVe”🫠
21 April: SecWar orders end of Flu shot mandate
Early-May: Policy is crafted to reinstate flu shot mandate for effectively everyone
Mid-June: All services implement policy undermining SecWar
2 April: SecWar orders service members be allowed to carry a personally-owned firearm for protection upon request.
Mid-June: No services take action undermining SecWar
Personnel is policy. They have multiple ways to undermine good efforts being made. There is one very effective way to fix it... fire them.
Those being reinstated under EO 14184 (COVID Reinstatement) are running into roadblock after roadblock when it comes to DFAS (Defense Finance Accounting Service).
Warriors of Conscience were promised “full back pay” upon reinstatement but it turns out “full back pay” isn’t actually “full back pay.”
Communication with DFAS is abysmal as WOCs are continuously ignored and pertinent questions regarding backpay and entitlements are deflected.
Of course even if “full back pay” was actually “full back pay” it wouldn’t matter all that much at this time as DFAS has informed those seeking relief from the injustice of the COVID shot mandate that they are currently “out of funds” with no estimate on when funding will resume.

Financial readiness = mission readiness. @DeptofWar is helping our warfighters & their families maximize their military compensation & achieve their financial goals.

🚨 BREAKING: Military Flu Shot Mandates ARE BACK!!!
The @USW_PR_HONTata has liberally granted exceptions to @SecWar@PeteHegseth's new policy effectively putting everyone back on the list to receive mandatory vaccinations. This seems to contradict SecWar's words: "If you, an American warrior entrusted to defend this nation, believe that the flu vaccine is in your best interest then you are free to take it. You should. But we will not force you."
"We will not force you." Does that mean that ETPs like medical and religious exemptions will be granted as freely?
Genuine question for @DoW_USW_PR: what “assessments” were made that made you determine vaccinating against flu is less risk to the force than natural immunity? @RobertKennedyJr has even talked about the NEGATIVE EFFICACY rate of the flu vaccine (linked below). That means it’s not effective- in case you weren’t tracking when you conducted the “assessment.” I think we all deserve to know what drove you to the conclusion that vaccination mitigates risk to the force/mission with a recoverable virus… we all deserve to know how exactly it mitigates risk… @DoW_USW_PR@SecWar@SeanParnellASW
Pattern recognition. 🙄
Also, investigate 🤔:
What exact “immunizations” and injections these trainees received in the first 1–2 weeks of basic training, and the timeline between those shots and when symptoms first appeared or positive tests were recorded.
What diagnostic tools and methods used to determine case rates? Was PCR used and at what CT?
How case rates were reported by medical and public health personnel, and whether testing volume or positive results were influenced by performance metrics, incentives, economic incentives, and/or political pressure following the removal of the flu vaccine mandate?
Additionally, investigate whether the military met its burden of military readiness proof (actual threats to the force) in accordance with Executive Order 14303 (Restoring Gold Standard Science) to justify the immunization requirements imposed on basic trainees. This includes whether those requirements were supported by reproducible, transparent, and rigorous scientific evidence tied directly to military readiness.

Court-Martial: Military Records Board Fails Service Member Amid Ongoing COVID-19 Shot Mandate Fallout * The Gateway Pundit * by J.M. Phelps

“On its surface this case appears to be one of the more egregious cases of COVID retaliation and reprisal that has been brought to the attention of our firm,” said Younts. “Not only is there no actual misconduct at issue, it was inexplicably escalated to extreme levels that resulted in Major Murphy turning down an Article 15 and demanding trial by courts-martial.”
Please read and share. This is urgent!

To correct an injustice wrought upon us by the government's unlawful actions, we are to get ALL pay and allowance as if we had never left (minus civilian offsets). We also have to pay for life insurance we were never covered by, as if we had never left. Yet the $1776 allowance?
@BillyMoseley88 Maybe they know him better than you do.
Maybe, like most people, they agree with some of the things he says and disagree with some of the other things he says.
Humans aren’t linear.
I’ll refer to my original comment.
Either her point has gone right over your head or critical thinking has been consumed by your rage. You take money from the very government that you take a blow torch to everyday, while attacking former allies and make broad assumptions of them because they haven’t taken the “burn all the bridges down” approach as you have.
It is surely nice to be able to take your approach from the safety of retirement, but your strategy is a losing one because at the end of the day as you denounce any path forward but yours, the blowtorch you are using will destroy everything but the institution the old friends you curse are still trying to save.
You winning the same battle several others also had to fight doesn’t absolve you from your current hypocrisy and make your cause anymore righteous than the former allies you choose to misrepresent.
Identity politics is inevitable. Policies affect groups differently.
Even so, your old allies are not obligated to turn to social media to voice their concerns on all of the insanity. There are plenty of other outlets for those concerns. You continuing to reiterate that they have gone completely silent or that they are ignoring it doesn't make it true.
Just because there is plenty of issues to be critical about, doesn't mean there isn't anything to be appreciative for - disparaging friends who have diverged from your ineffective strategy in the name of "being principled" will only lead to yelling into the void.
Unfortunately, whatever exactly your desired end state may be, your principled stand that includes insisting everyone else's approach is like yours is counterproductive.
That is a gross mischaracterization. You know they are not only in a hostile operational environment, but also one that is dynamic, complex, and yes - political.
Just because they aren’t following your lead and showing contempt for public officials on social media doesn’t mean their morals have changed or they are ignoring anything. The more you push them away the less situational awareness you are going to have.
You want to see change? You want accountability? Try an approach that doesn’t include burning every bridge you have.

🚨🚨Update for the $1,776 “Warrior Dividend”🚨🚨
DFAS/Army finance calculations in Dodson were affected by the underlying personnel record errors. Because the Army incorrectly treated Dodson's service status and enlistment extension, his pay entitlements were improperly calculated. The Federal Circuit ordered correction of the records and recalculation of back pay and allowances consistent with the corrected military status.
Specifically:
The court found that Dodson's extension of enlistment was valid, despite Army officials later characterizing it as an administrative mistake.
Because the extension was valid, Dodson remained entitled to active duty pay and allowances during that period.
The Government's calculations improperly failed to recognize the effect of the corrected records on his entitlement.
The court ordered that he receive back pay and allowances through the appropriate ETS date, requiring recalculation based upon the corrected military status.
