After over 5 weeks, we are still waiting for the home office to process applications of our Ukrainian guests. The system appears broken and there is no way of communicating or determining what is happening.

Trying to get a Ukrainian family with an 8 month baby to the UK and she has to travel 200km to visa centre just to have a picture taken - even though we have her birth certificate. I have never been more angry in my life @BorisJohnson

@greateranglia I am currently sitting on the 16:30 train from Liverpool Street to Norwich.
This is the most appalling rolling stock I have ever been on. Cramped, very hot, no luggage space, broken toilet facilities - GA you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is unacceptable.
