@Susan17Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I understand that info is available on the page mentioned - Why would a coupon user explore the depths of Airbnb docs if the coupon hasn't been problematic on usage? The info is not transparently presented. Its policy details can be more clearly defined for the user.

@AirbnbHelp - I used a partial amount of a "coupon" and the remaining balance has been forfeit. How am I to know this will occur when the "How do coupons work" page doesn't describe this behavior? Airbnb support team has been unable to rectify - for what reason?

@geekitarian Coursera's GCP training has a 7 day free trial in which you can use their qwiklab lab accounts to have a session for 1-2 hours to explore the platform. The SQL labs are generally lightweight, but helpful
