At 60w you bet. 710 lumens from a 60w Chromalux bulb. Old GE bulbs 20y ago used to be the same. The reason 210 lumens for those 60W is because they are weighted heavily toward low color temps (2700K) which is good but full spectrum incandescent bulbs will have way more lumens at the same wattage.
