@samuelsedgman Demonyms are often informed by the native language (e.g. Frankfurter, Milanese, Lyonnais, Madrileno). There doesn't seem to be a particularly established one - Reykjavikian doesn't even turn up in ngram - so maybe take inspiration from the locals: Reykvíkingur

@garyleff Terms say Welcome Amenity is only on a Qualified Stay - reward nights are non-qualifying according to section 30 in the main terms. Probably just an issue that the terms don't reflect what they are actually planning to do but like you say, they should get the terms updated if so
