The fact that a Fauji Foundation CEO is running PIA now is clear proof of who really bought it. As I said before, the next steps are tax breaks, fast regulatory approvals, subsidized fuel, or generous loans to PIA. The aviation free market in Pakistan is over.

Ah yes, the genius strategy: tax high octane and somehow fix the entire fuel problem. Because apparently consumers are idiots who won’t just switch to regular petrol the moment prices go up.

Demand collapses where you tax it, shifts where you don’t, and congratulations — you’ve engineered zero additional revenue while patting yourself on the back.

The import bill stays, the deficit stays, and then we quietly print money to “manage” it… which is just a polite way of saying everyone gets taxed through inflation and a collapsing currency. But sure, let’s keep designing policy like basic economics is optional.

Developed countries are depends less on interest rate because it decrease the authority of banks and lower the difference between rich and poor. Interest increase affordability and discourage saving, result in investment in bond and stock market w increase govt reserves. #F4E
