Really sad to lose one of my normal daddy/daughter spots at the Kennesaw @BowleroBowl - no more pay per game, it’s $50/hour even if it’s 2pm on a Tuesday with a toddler. I guess I’m saving a stupid amount of money though, since we always maxed our arcade card and F&B each time.

@BowleroBowl so disappointed to find Kennesaw no longer offers per game in early afternoon on weekdays. I would take my toddler about once a month for a couple games, and ultimately drop something like $250/visit on food and the arcade each time. There’s no draw now.

@SpiritS40900051 @chesscom I’m familiar with FEN (the script I wrote takes FEN as an input). This is more focused on compression than readability, and includes more information than FEN. On average the algorithm is ~60% more information dense than FEN.

@Apple making it so AirTags beep every 24 hours if they are away from the owner’s phone is an awful UX decision. It really limits their usefulness and, ultimately, how many I buy. What if I want to track my dogs at work? What if my wife and I share a device? Really dumb.

@dan_geiger @Apple Example: have your iPhone alert if it’s detected the same AirTag near you that’s not yours for more than 24 hours and ask if it’s okay. Literally uses the same technology the trackers use and doesn’t negate a large chunk of use cases.
