At the event, we heard inspiring leadership insights from Steve Kerr, Coach of the USA Men's basketball team and former 5 time NBA Champion, showing how lessons from sports like teamwork, strategy and resilience apply to business. Our collaborator here at Philtronics, @AndriesPret, has also helped us foster these qualities, empowering our teams to stay agile and collaborative in the fast-moving electronics industry 💡

Speaking of teamwork, we recently partnered with @actnforchildren in support of @greatdaysgolf ’s Inclusion Academy! With our own Philtronics Academy, we understand the importance of creating opportunities and showing people they can achieve more than they thought possible. And with the Inclusion Academy even offering a scholarship for a young person to pursue golf professionally, it’s a powerful reminder that both sport and business can open doors to new beginnings.
