@AerLingus You as a company have cancelled my above flight As of speaking a refund case has been started 12 days ago. Currently there has been no acknowledgement or time frame when you as a company are even going to process a refund. Again this has been 12 days ago
@AerLingus contacting you through email,phone or online chat has no response or knowledge of the timeline when i will receive my refund, you have cancelled my flight and despite company policy of reunds issued within 7 days, it is now 10 with still no contact
