@BEndodontics I am very upset and disheartened that I would be cancelled completely as a patient for having to reschedule just TWO appointments. If I would of been forewarned I would of missed work entirely. Now I am up a creek because there is no one else in Lancaster. Crazy.

@GreatClips I don't understand why only one stylist can cut my hair properly and all the others make me go home and have to fix random strands, bad fades, etc. I went to the Lancaster OH location for years and I will NOT go back after the terrible cut I got a few days ago.
