@ScotRail on the 18.11 train from Johnstone to Glasgow and both toilets are out of order. On the carriage where the first toilet is out of order there is urine running around the floor. Can I ask what we actually pay our inflated train ticket prices for?

@AvantiWestCoast absolute shambles from you lot. Leave London to be told your train is being cancelled at Crewe and you are merging two lots of passengers onto one train. I’d rather have waited in London for the next train if you told us that!! Now we all stand for 3 hours 😡😡

@VueHelp could you explain why your tills advertise the Taylor Swift cups and drink for £7.49 but when purchasing it was £9.99 for the cup and £4.99 for the drink. Manager told me “that’s just the price we’ll need to get that updated”. Really not impressed.
