Hard problems are like a wall.
A wall can be broken easily if you have hammer (rigor + tenacity) & chisel (insight + creativity).
Most product managers behave like hammers & often can’t break walls or break them inefficiently.
Chisel as a trait doesn’t come from academics.
@HDFC_Bank I am shocked to see that I am getting mails for payment of someone else's loan. Have sent numerous emails to [email protected] to check it but no replies. What is wrong with @HDFC_Bank ?
